Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund policy and exceptions

Our demonstration process aims to ensure that you are certain the product(s) you are purchasing are correct for your needs now, and in the future. We do not accept returns due to the nature of the products we supply. This includes our Mobility Scooters, Powered Wheelchairs and Spare parts. 

You will be required to sign a purchase agreement form prior to making your purchase to accept these terms. 

Other types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as batteries, tyres etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Our standard returns policy does not accept exchanges. If the product you are purchasing is faulty, please contact us to organise a repair or replacement.
